What makes Royally Baby pieces heirloom quality?

Each piece is thoughtfully designed using premium fabrics sourced from around the world and finished with delicate in-house embroidery. They’re made to be cherished and passed down for generations.

What sizes do your items come in?

Our newborn apparel is designed for the first days and weeks, typically fitting babies 0–3 months comfortably. All product sizing is detailed on products pages under description.

What fabrics do you use?

We use only ultra-soft 100% combed cotton, carefully sourced for newborn comfort. Our fabris are breathable, gentle on sensitive skin, and chosen to last for generations.

Are your products safe for sensitive newborn skin?

Absolutely. Every fabric is carefully tested for softness, breathability, and hypoallergenic properties to ensure it’s safe and soothing for delicate skin.

How should I care for my embroidered pieces?

We recommend gentle wash cycle in cold water and laying flat to dry to preserve both the softness of the fabric and the embroidery.

Yes! We offer a large selection of fonts, designs and a curated palette of thread colors so you can create a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake.

How long does personalization take?

Because each item is crafted with care, personalization typically takes 5–7 business days before shipping.

Can I preview how the name or monogram will look?

Yes! Our site allows you to preview your personalization in the chosen font and color before ordering directly on the product page.

How can I be sure that the color is exactly as it appears?

We photograph all garments, fabrics and embroidery threads in natural lighting to reflect true colors as closely as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting. If you’d like extra reassurance, especially when choosing embroidery thread colors, feel free to contact us for additional photos or guidance before placing your order.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Absolutely! You can add a premium gift dust bag to any purchase to elevate the unboxing experience. These can also be personalized.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! Simply add your note at checkout, and we’ll include a beautifully printed card with your message.

Do you ship directly to the gift recipient?

Yes, we can ship your order straight to the recipient. Just add their address at checkout, and we’ll handle the rest.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once we begin personalization or processing, we’re unable to cancel personalized items. However, non-personalized items may have more flexibility—reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Because each piece is custom-made, personalized items are final sale. However, if there’s ever an issue, please contact us—we’ll make it right.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer store credit, whichever you prefer.
  • If you’d like to exchange for a different item, we’ll process it once we receive the original item back.

To start a return or exchange, simply contact us with your order number and reason for return.

After the 5–7 business days for personalization, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. International times vary based on location.
