Domestic (U.S.)

  • Processing Time: Personalized items ship in about 10 business days. Orders that contain items that are not personalized will ship along with personalized items.

  • Shipping Options: We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over $200 USD which can take 3–5 days to deliver. Expedited options are also available and rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order goes out.

International

  • Processing Time: Same as above.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery: Calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination.

  • Import Fees: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll provide all necessary paperwork to help ensure smooth customs clearance.

Rush & Expedited Processing

  • Rush Personalization: If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Additional fees apply. 

  • Expedited Shipping: Select your desired speed at checkout for an extra charge.
